Return Policy

At Ironroots, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free return process. Please read our return policy carefully.

1. Return Policy Duration

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition that you received it.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective.
• The item is damaged.
• You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and take necessary actions to resolve it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Sale items and gift cards.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one once your return is accepted.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that bank or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at neomall.tech@gmail.com.

9. Special Note on FRP Series

If the FRP Series is out of stock, please note that it will take up to one month to deliver the planters.
